We here at CrankLeft were overwhelmingly privileged to be part of the first ever Hong Show up here in Seattle. Q&A, Big Trouble in Little China script reading, and just meeting and loving the heck out of James Hong was a night not soon forgotten (and soon relivable through our upcoming DVD of the event). Well now James Hong has taken "The Hong Show" national and his latest appearance will be in Burbank, CA for Monsterpalooza.
For those of you who can make it, please go out and support the man who brought us the unforgettable David Lo Pan and the guy in the freezer who only does eyes. The event features the same great entertainment as the Seattle show we had, complete with a Big Trouble in Little China costume contest and the completely gratuitous living dead dance contest.
